CRM Support Associate (Contract – Hybrid)
📍 Hybrid (2 days office / 3 days home)
⏰ 40 hours per week, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
📅 Contract until December 2025 (potential to extend or go permanent)
💰 Up to £39,000 per year (£18.75 per hour)
RM Associate – EMEA (Temporary Contract)
Exciting opportunity for a CRM Associate to join a global lifestyle brand on a temporary contract. You’ll be creating engaging, innovative content across CRM channels, driving traffic to the online store, and analysing performance to inform data-driven decisions.
You’ll manage day-to-day CRM activity, build and segment audiences, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and support on email campaigns from briefing through to activation.
What we’re looking for:
- 1–2 years’ CRM or digital marketing experience (fashion or luxury a plus)
- Strong technical and analytical skills with ESP/CDP platforms
- Creative, detail-focused, and highly organised
- Confident communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments
