Our client, based in Slough, Berkshire, requires a Corporate Team Administrator to join their team for a minimum period of 3 months. This important administrative role supports the effective organisation and assistance of key operational meetings.
You will provide high-quality communication with internal and external colleagues and deliver comprehensive administrative support to the Corporate Services and Executive Support Team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Creating agendas
- Assisting with planning panels and senior management meetings
- Ensuring schedules run smoothly and that all required documentation is prepared in advance
- Developing forward plans
- Liaising with stakeholders to confirm attendance
- Supporting engagement across teams
- Preparing participants for meetings
- Taking accurate minutes during complex discussions
- Recording key actions and decisions within relevant case management systems
MS Office Suite skills are essential, as is the ability to take minutes at meetings. You will be trained on the in-house database.
Duration: Minimum period of 3 Months. 37 Hours Per Week - Monday to Friday Hybrid working Parking on site.
