Our global client is seeking an experienced UX/UI Webflow Visual Designer with exceptional craft and execution skills who can independently deliver work on execution briefs for 11 months. You should have a solid understanding of UX and UI, and extensive hands-on experience with Webflow. You must feel confident in the visual field and be experienced in making pitch decks, mockups, Webflow components and pages, and interactive prototypes.
Additionally, you should feel comfortable participating and contributing to creative and innovative ideas when required. Your portfolio should contain great examples of craft and design, and they should be up to date with global trends in design, including UI design, motion ideas, and designs for innovative advertising experiences for global brands.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking direction from the Art Director, who sets the overall creative vision, concept, and visual strategy, and then executing the creative vision.
- Creating customer-centered campaign executions by integrating marketing objectives, target audience, creative assets, design, and motion patterns into intuitive solutions.
- Independently leading campaign executions and collaborating with internal design teams.
- Creating on-brand design solutions for all owned and operated channels that meet measurable business goals.
- Partnering with Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers, Program Managers, Developers, and Content Producers to create customer-focused solutions that deliver on advertiser objectives.
- Delivering high-quality look and feel and designs for campaigns across different touchpoints.
Experience required includes:
- Working in advertising, design departments, digital media, and marketing.
- Proven experience in design/communications at advertising agencies and/or in-house creative departments.
- An online creative portfolio demonstrating design skill set.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and process, visual design skills, and interactive/digital advertising experiences that solve for a customer/business problem.
- Demonstrable in-depth understanding of industry design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Webflow).
- Experience managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-directed, goal-oriented, and flexible, enjoying working in a fast-paced and at times ambiguous environment.
- Proficiency in English.
