We’re partnering with a global luxury brand to recruit an EMEA Brand Image / PRO Deco Coordinator to support a regional team during a key trading and rollout period.

This is a collaborative, coordination-focused role within a creative brand environment — ideal for someone confident working independently in a hybrid / remote-first setup.

The Role
\n
Working as part of the EMEA Brand Image team, you’ll support the coordination and delivery of brand image and PRO Deco activity across the region.
\n
\n
Key responsibilities:

- Coordinating brand image & PRO Deco projects across EMEA
- Supporting seasonal rollouts, installations & updates
- Liaising with internal teams, suppliers & regional stakeholders
- Managing timelines, assets & project documentation
- Ensuring brand standards are delivered consistently

Contract Details

- Start: ASAP
- Length: 3 Months
- Hours: Full-time, Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 (40 hrs per week)
- Working style: Hybrid – initially more WFH than office/site-based

Hybrid Working & Travel

- Comfortable working remotely with a suitable home setup required
- Laptop provided
- Some travel required (sites / office / regional activity)
- Travel costs paid upfront by the individual and reimbursed via timesheets
- Ability to fund upfront travel (train, hotel, flights) is essential

About You
\n

- Experience in brand image, visual merchandising, or coordination
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple workstreams
- Comfortable in a hybrid / remote-first environment
- Available at short notice
