We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our in-house legal team on a maternity cover basis. You will report directly to the hiring manager and join a collaborative team of 8 legal professionals, playing a key role in contract triage and day-to-day commercial legal support.

  • Triage, review and negotiate a high volume of commercial contracts
  • Partner closely with Sales teams, providing pragmatic, commercial legal advice
  • Quickly embed into established legal processes (full onboarding provided)

Qualifications:

  • Qualified solicitor (UK or equivalent) with circa 4–5 years’ PQE (flexible)
  • Strong experience supporting Sales teams and commercial negotiations
  • Commercial, solutions-focused mindset
  • Experience using G-Suite (Gmail), Slack, Ironclad and Salesforce (SFDC)
