The Role

This is a commercially focused Management Accountant position with a strong emphasis on financial analysis rather than financial accounting. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, providing meaningful insights to support business performance and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse financial performance and provide detailed commentary on trends and variances
  • Conduct margin analysis and identify profitability drivers
  • Review and interpret financial ratios, KPIs and business performance metrics
  • Produce financial models, forecasts and scenario analysis
  • Identify risks, opportunities and cost-saving initiatives through data analysis
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Partner with non-finance stakeholders to provide commercial insights
  • Develop reports and dashboards using ERP systems and advanced Excel

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified or part-qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA
  • Previous experience in a Management Accountant, Finance Analyst or Commercial Finance role
  • Strong financial analysis experience with the ability to interpret financial statements
