Our well known client based in Ashford requires a Planning Coordinator to join their Team Monday - Friday 8.30-5pm, plus one Saturday every 5 weeks - fully office based.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To schedule the work of our service engineers - a mixture of repairs, breakdowns and planned maintenance.
- To work closely with field managers to drive productivity from the field team.
- To work closely with internal and external customers to help adhere to contractual SLA's.
- Communicating with other internal departments regarding ETAs.
- Providing customers with regular updates.
