My client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive who is ready to take the next step into Supply Chain. This role is ideal for someone with strong order management experience who wants to build capability in logistics, inventory coordination, and supplier management while continuing to deliver exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer & Order Management
- Manage end-to-end order processing, including order entry, confirmation, adjustments, and returns.
- Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, coordinating across internal teams.
- Provide timely updates on product availability, lead times, and delivery status.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and stock levels.
- Supply Chain Support
- Liaise with supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams to track shipments.
