Property Administrator (hybrid/flexible home working)

Annual bonus ~Property Manager Salary: £40k per annum (depending on experience) plus bonus Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm Our client is a well-established and highly regarded independent residential estate agency with a strong presence across London. Renowned for delivering exceptional customer service and expert local knowledge, they have built an excellent reputation within the property sector and offer a supportive and collaborative working environment. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their busy South East London office. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a solid background in residential property management who enjoys variety in their role. Unlike many traditional property management positions that involve managing a dedicated portfolio, this team operates collaboratively, with responsibilities shared across the department. This provides exposure to all aspects of residential property management, including maintenance, inspections, compliance, end-of-tenancy matters, and tenant and landlord relations. Coordinating maintenance issues and arranging contractor appointments. Conducting property inspections and arranging any necessary follow-up works. Liaising effectively with landlords, tenants, and contractors. Ensuring all legal compliance and property safety requirements are adhered to. Supporting colleagues across all areas of the property management function. Previous experience within residential property management. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Candidates who do not currently hold the ARLA Propertymark Level 3 qualification will be fully supported in obtaining it. Full training will be provided, and the cost of the ARLA Level 3 examinations will be covered by the company. All Property Managers are expected to achieve the ARLA Propertymark Level 3 qualification as part of their professional development. Monday to Friday working hours (8:30am – 5:30pm). Access to a pool car for property visits. Discretionary bonuses awarded at various times throughout the year, including Christmas. Exposure to all areas of residential property management rather than managing a fixed portfolio.
