Antal International / Parkside Recruitment has been instructed by a leading Fin Tech business to recruit a Risk Manager for its expanding European Risk team.

Reporting directly to the Head of Risk, the successful candidate will take primary responsibility for the UK entity, playing a key role in supporting its continued growth.

This position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, partnering with stakeholders across the business to strengthen the firm's risk management framework and ensure effective oversight as the organisation continues to scale.

The successful candidate will be Big Four qualified and will have gained post-qualification experience in industry, ideally within a Fin Tech business.

Candidates with experience in other fast-paced, regulated financial services environments will also be considered.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Ensure the organisation’s approach to the treatment of risk is aligned with its Risk Management Framework, Risk Strategy and Risk Appetite.
  • Conduct Risk and Control Self-Assesments and prepare evidence of control framework adherence for senior management and Board.
  • Provide education and training to the rest of the Firm on their responsibilities to ensure adherence to risk requirements.
