Assistant Marketing Manager
Location: Hayes
Salary: Upto £45,000 plus Benefits
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a growing team based in Hayes.
This is a hands-on, multi-channel marketing role with a particular focus on Social Media, Influencer Marketing and Digital, working closely with the Marketing Director.
What we're looking for
- Proven marketing experience with strong Social Media and Influencer Marketing experience.
- Experience managing influencer/creator relationships and campaigns.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, particularly PPC, SEO and paid social.
- Experience managing agencies and/or junior team members.
- Creative, commercially minded and confident bringing new ideas to the table.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A hands-on approach — someone who enjoys getting things done rather than just managing from a distance.
- Marketing degree, CIM qualification or equivalent experience.
What you'll be doing
- Lead social media and community management, creating engaging content and growing brand presence.
- Manage influencer and creator partnerships from identifying opportunities through to delivery and performance.
- Manage digital activity across PPC, SEO, display and paid social.
- Line manage and support a small Marketing Executive team.
- Manage external PR, media and marketing agencies.
- Support campaigns across e-commerce, retail, events and experiential.
- Track campaign performance, analyse results and identify opportunities to improve ROI.
- Help deliver creative campaigns across multiple channels and ensure consistent brand messaging.
