Parkside Recruitment is working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Berkshire, who are looking to strengthen their growing Employment Law team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in legal support who is looking to develop their career within Employment Law.

The client is flexible on the level of the appointment and would consider candidates with experience as a:

  • Legal Assistant
  • Legal Secretary
  • Career Paralegal

The level and salary offered will depend on the successful candidate's experience. Previous Employment Law experience would be highly desirable, although candidates with strong legal support experience from another practice area will also be considered.

The Role

Working closely with an Employment Law fee earner, you will provide a broad range of administrative and legal support to help ensure matters are managed efficiently from opening through to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Opening and closing client files using the firm's case management system
  • Completing compliance and anti-money laundering checks
  • Liaising with clients, arranging appointments
