Interim Finance Director / CFO role suited to a hands-on FD / CFO who can add instant value across all aspects of operational finance with this scaling tech organisation. We are currently partnering with this rapidly scaling tech organisation that is now in a maturity phase following an incredible growth journey over the past 4/5 years. The business is now at a point where a sophisticated finance leader is required to address the financial and operational requirements the business now faces.

This role will suit a hands-on, pragmatic and execution-focused finance leader who has successfully navigated businesses through periods of change, capital pressure, scale-up or turnaround environments. This role requires a confident, senior finance leader who can bring stability, structure and technical depth from day one.

While we don't underplay the technical requirements of the role, the essence of this appointment is to find someone who can add immediate value across all aspects of financial control and management issues a maturing SME would face.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Full ownership of group financial control, reporting and compliance
  • Stabilise and strengthen the finance function during a period of transition
  • Strengthening month-end, year-end and consolidation processes
  • Providing technical accounting expertise and resolving complex issues
