We’re working with an established international business looking for an HR Manager to take ownership of the UK HR function on a fixed term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident HR professional who enjoys being a hands-on HR Business Partner , working closely with senior leaders and managers and having real influence across the business.
What we're looking for You'll be an experienced HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist with: 5+ years' HR experience , ideally at HR Manager level.
CIPD Level 5 qualification.
Strong UK employment law and employee relations knowledge.
A broad HR background covering recruitment, performance, training and employee engagement.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
The confidence to influence and advise managers at all levels.
A practical, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
Experience within retail, FMCG, consumer or an international/matrix organisation would be advantageous.
