Head of Finance Operations Uxbridge | £65,000 - £70,000 I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Head of Finance Operations to join a growing organisation in Uxbridge.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance leader to take ownership of a high-volume Finance Operations function, leading Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Transaction Processing while driving operational excellence, automation and process improvement.
Key responsibilities include: Leading the day-to-day Finance Operations function.
Managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Transaction Processing teams.
Driving process improvements, automation and AI-enabled efficiencies.
Optimising ERP systems, with Net Suite experience highly desirable.
Developing robust financial controls, governance and compliance.
Producing operational reporting and KPIs for senior leadership.
Leading, mentoring and developing Finance Operations teams.
Partnering with stakeholders across Finance, HR, Procurement and Operations.
The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience leading a Finance Operations or Shared Services function.
Strong experience managing AP, AR and Payroll teams.
A proven track record of delivering process improvements and operational transformation.
Experience with ERP systems (Net Suite would be advantageous).
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
Experience within a multi-site organisation would be beneficial.
