The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an ambitious and dynamic Finance Manager to join their finance team and support the Finance Director in driving strategic decision-making across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated finance professional with strong leadership capabilities and a proactive, hands-on approach. You will take ownership of the day-to-day finance function, lead a team of five finance professionals, and play a key role in ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, and efficient financial operations. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of five within the finance department.
- Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
- Ensure all balance sheet reconciliations are completed monthly.
- Work closely with the Finance Director on financial and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Oversee weekly payroll processing and client invoicing.
