Are you an experienced ERP Finance Analyst with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)? We’re looking for someone who can own the finance function of D365 across multiple international subsidiaries — someone who brings not just technical know-how but the accounting background to back it up.
This is a pivotal role within a global IT ERP team, supporting further implementations, upgrades and optimisation of D365 F&O across an international footprint. Key Responsibilities:- Act as the go-to expert for D365 F&O financials across the international business.
- Provide Level 3 user support on finance-related issues in D365.
- Lead and support implementations and enhancements across subsidiaries.
- Document and deliver training for end users.
- Assist with streamlining and standardising financial processes.
- Stay updated on latest D365 F&O features and updates.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with D365 Finance & Operations as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.
- Demonstrated success working in complex multi-country implementations.
- Solid accounting knowledge — either through a degree or hands-on finance experience.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Able to handle multiple priorities in a matrixed, fast-paced organisation.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative global team.
- Fluent English (additional European languages a bonus).
- Microsoft Certification in D365 F&O.
- Experience working across Europe or Asia.
- Previous experience aligning finance processes across multiple subsidiaries.
