Head of Finance Transformation & Operations to lead and modernise its high-volume Finance Operations function.

The Role

  • Lead

Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Transaction Processing teams.

  • Manage and develop a high-performing Finance Operations function.
  • Drive process improvement, automation and operational transformation.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce AI, RPA and workflow automation across Finance.
  • Optimise finance systems and ERP processes, with Net Suite experience highly desirable.
  • Develop KPIs, SLAs and operational reporting to improve performance.
  • Strengthen financial controls, governance and compliance.
  • Lead teams through change and transformation programmes.
  • Work closely with Finance, HR, Procurement, IT and operational stakeholders.
  • Build a scalable Finance Operations model to support continued business growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience leading high-volume

Finance Operations or Shared Services.

Strong management experience across AP, AR and Payroll.

  • Track record of process optimisation, automation and transformation.
  • Experience implementing or improving ERP/finance systems –

Net Suite highly desirable.

  • Experience within a growing or multi-site organisation.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using technology, automation or AI to improve finance processes.
  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
  • Industry Experience

Experience within healthcare, care homes, hospitality, retail or another multi-site service environment would be advantageous.
