We're recruiting for a well-established independent estate agency with an excellent reputation across South East London, offering an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Junior Estate Agent.

No previous estate agency experience is required. Full training, ongoing support and clear career progression will be provided.

The Role Working alongside an experienced team, you'll gain hands-on experience across residential property sales and lettings while developing the skills needed to build a successful career in estate agency.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Supporting the sales team with the day-to-day running of the office
  • Assisting with and conducting property viewings
  • Showcasing properties to prospective buyers and tenants
  • Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties
  • Building strong relationships with buyers, tenants, landlords and vendors
  • Delivering excellent customer service in person and over the phone
