Part-time Practice Nurse – Chronic Care & Immunisations in Milton Keynes

Parkside Medical Centre in Bletchley, Milton Keynes, is hiring a Practice Nurse to cover 20-30 hours across 3-4 days. The role focuses on long-term condition management and preventative care within a proactive practice team.

You will work autonomously within the GP team, delivering evidence-based care, vaccinations, and patient education, while supporting policies and procedures and providing nurse leadership as required.
