We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as a communication hub for clients/customers
- Building long-term rapport with customers
- Being able to negotiate contracts effectively
- Resolving customer disputes and attending to enquiries
- Providing reports on account
- Finding opportunities to assist with the growth of the company
- Developing ideas/strategies to help build a good relationship with clients

Requirements:
- Experience as an Account Manager or related profession
