As a Douglas Park BMW Sales Manager, you will be a dynamic and forward-thinking professional as you build ongoing relationships with our customers and your team. Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and the sales team.
- Lead with customer service excellence and contribute to a high-performance sales environment.
The Right Person Will Have:
- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
- Drive, ambition and excellent leadership skills.
- The ability to demonstrate a high level of commercial acumen, along with knowledge of the motor industry.
- A proven track record in maximising financial objectives, including the ability to work towards targets relating to budget, sales, profit and CSI.
- The ability to maximise both volume and profitability whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
