As a Product Genius you will be required to use your expert knowledge to engage and spark excitement in customers as a first point of contact in the dealership. Your passion for the product and brand paired with outstanding customer service skills will send you on the road to success.
Training
At our core we are a family run business so it is important to us that you are provided with all of the support and training that you need, not just to kick-start your career, but to thrive within Park’s. Upon starting we will provide you with manufacturer accredited training and certification from one or more of the 25 world class brands that we represent. We believe that with the right training and support you can achieve anything in your career.
Responsibilities
- Understand all Park’s and our partnering manufacturers products within your allocated dealership.
- Keep all dealership staff up to date with the latest information on products to ensure they have a high level of understanding.
- Use your knowledge on all products to assist our Park’s customers in a non-pressured environment; this is not sales; you’re a genius!
- Support marketing activity by taking imagery of vehicles and utilising digital and social media platforms for promotion.
- Actively learn and share your expertise with customers using available resources including our Park’s bespoke Citnow digital vehicle information videos.
- Direct customers to Sales when an interest to buy becomes apparent.
- Plan, coordinate and deliver brilliant test drive experiences with our Park’s customers giving full insight of the requested vehicle during the appointment.
- Assist with customer handovers by demonstrating and setting them up with all the fantastic new features of their new vehicle.
