Role Overview
Parkโs Motor Group is seeking a bright, enthusiastic individual to take up a full-time Service Advisor position within our Carlisle Service Centre.
Responsibilities
- Support the team with daily workload activities
- Process invoices, paperwork, and customer details
- Liaise directly with customers, providing a second-to-none level of service
- Maintain, create, and modify data within our databases
- Maintain a consistently high quality of work
- Communicate confidentially, professionally, and appropriately
- Continuously develop personal skills and knowledge
Qualifications & Skills
- Confident use of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and email packages
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Polite and warm telephone manner
- Good numeracy skills
- Adaptable to varying tasks
- Desire and willingness to learn
