To be successful you will:
- Have parts supervisor or management experience.
- Be extremely organised and able to undertake various administrative duties.
- Have a proven track record of leading a team under pressure and consistently helping to achieve parts sales objectives.
- Align your team's goals with the company’s overall objectives.
- Manage a variety of customer demands and ensure we deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
- Be IT literate (knowledge of Keyloop would be an advantage).
- Be friendly, reliable, trustworthy, and responsible.
- Operate effectively as part of the wider Park’s management team.
- Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- A full clean driving licence is also desirable.
