Parts Delivery Driver

Location: Inverness

Hours: 9am – 1pm (Monday - Friday)

About the Role

We are looking for a Delivery Van Driver to join our team. You will be working within our Parts Operations based in Inverness assisting with deliveries to our customers. This role is based on a basic 20hr week working Monday - Friday, starting from 09:00am to 13:00pm.

Duties

  • Check the quality and quantity of orders, check correct to paperwork
  • Manually upload parcels for delivery onto van
  • Make sure the vehicle is loaded safely and within the legislation
  • Ensure goods are delivered or collected to/from our commercial customers safely, efficiently and on time
  • Ensure security of the vehicle and goods during transit
  • Complete all documentation as per company procedure
  • Adhere to company procedures and policies
  • Hold a full and valid UK Drivers Licence for a minimum of 3 years
  • Some warehouse duties may be required

  • Great communication skills and drive to succeed
  • Reliable, helpful and courteous
  • Ability to cope with a variety of customer demands and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
  • High degree of accuracy to ensure all relevant checks and paperwork are completed for each collection or delivery
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time effectivelyAbility to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
  • Hold a full clean driving licence
  • Previous courier experience (preferable but non‑essential)
  • Understanding of the local area
