Part Time Receptionist Wanted

Available Hours: Monday - Wednesday (8:30am to 5pm)
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Renault & Dacia Motherwell for a Receptionist to join our team. This position\'s has a start date of 15th of September and is a part time role with occasional holiday cover.
The Role
Our Renault & Dacia Motherwell franchise is looking to appoint an outgoing Receptionist with a can-do attitude to greet and host customers visiting the Dealership. You will be the first point of contact for all customers and will assist them both in person from the showroom and over the phone.
As well as greeting our guests, you will be carrying out a variety of daily administrative and housekeeping tasks relating to ensuring our showroom standards are always met. It’s all about giving our customers an excellent first impression

Key Responsibilities
To answer the telephone politely and efficiently.
To deal with enquiries, taking messages or redirecting calls as appropriate.
To provide a friendly and helpful reception experience at all times.
Greet customers and notify the Sales department of their arrival maintaining a high standard of professionalism at all times.
To assist in any other administrative or stocking duties as required.
To ensure displays and refreshment areas are kept clean, fully stocked and orderly.
Required Skills
Experience working in a retail or hospitality environment in a customer-facing role for at least one year.
Confident, professional, and smart in appearance.
Basic IT and computer systems experience would be beneficial to this role.
