As a Business Manager at Park's Motor Group, you will be a dynamic and forward‑thinking professional building ongoing relationships with customers and your team. Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the sale of finance and insurance products for customers.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Meet with, or speak to, all customers purchasing a new or used vehicle to qualify their needs, present suitable product solutions, and undertake the Demands and Needs Statement.
  • Present additional insurance products to customers (if suitable via Statement of Demands and Needs).
  • Monitor overall department performance.
  • Achieve Park’s business plan objectives.
  • Ensure that TCF objectives & process are carried out thoroughly.
  • Maintain and develop good relationships with customers by meeting and exceeding their expectations.
  • Manage customer problems, complaints and difficult situations related to insurance and finance products, resolving issues to mutual satisfaction.
  • Collect relevant Management Information (MI).
  • Ensure all Park’s Motor Group policies and objectives are followed.
  • Continuously observe for instances of financial crime (money laundering & fraud).
  • Ensure all relevant training is carried out.
  • Report to General Manager, Group Business Manager, and Group Sales Director.
