Due to recent growth in our business, we have a fantastic opportunity for Business Managers in multiple locations throughout Scotland. As a Park’s Business Manager, you will be a dynamic and forward thinking professional as you build ongoing relationships with our customers and your team. If you are an experienced self-motivated leader, or an experienced automotive Sales Executive, who can offer excellent customer service, then we can offer you an exciting opportunity to join one of our successful teams.

Responsibilities

  • To facilitate the sale of finance and insurance products for customers.
  • To ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Meeting with or speaking to all customers who are in the process of purchasing a new or used vehicle in order to qualify their needs and requirements and to present the most suitable product solutions (also to undertake the Demands and Needs Statement).
  • Presents additional insurance products to customers (if suitable via Statement of Demands and Needs (SDN)).
  • Monitors overall department performance.
  • Achieve Park’s business plan objectives.
  • Ensure that TCF objectives & process are carried out thoroughly.
  • Maintain and develop good relationships with customers by meeting and exceeding their expectations.
  • Manages customer problems, complaints and difficult situations in relation to insurance and finance products, consequently resolving the issue to mutual satisfaction of the customer and Park’s Motor Group.
  • Collect relevant Management Information (MI).
  • Ensures that all Park’s Motor Group policies and objectives are followed.
  • Continually observing for instances of financial crime (Money Laundering & Fraud).
  • Ensure that all relevant training is carried out.
  • Report to Sales Manager & Group F&I Manager.
