Park's Motor Group is seeking to appoint a Property Maintenance Assistant to join our Maintenance Department. Based in Hamilton, you will be required to travel throughout Scotland and Northern England ensuring our extensive property portfolio is well-maintained and meets the high standards demanded by our management team and franchise partners.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property inspections and audits.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies.
- Provide technical advice and recommendations.
- Issue clear and comprehensive instructions to maintenance operatives.
- Liaise with contractors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Liaise with Architects, Surveyors, Engineers.
- Monitor budgets and ensure compliance.
Requirements
- Qualifications in a relevant field is preferred (e.g., building, surveying, engineering).
- Experience in property maintenance or asset management is preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
- Trained and experienced in Health and Safety matters.
- Full driving Licence.
