An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Showroom Host based at our Douglas Park Centre in Glasgow. As our customers' first point of contact, you will provide an outstanding and professional service to our customers at all times to create a lasting impression. As part of this role you will be responsible for sales administration duties, handling telephone enquiries and providing ongoing support for both the Sales and Service departments. Candidates must be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service and have an approachable manner.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests visiting the showroom, ensuring they receive a pleasant and professional welcome.
  • Handle all internal and external telephone enquiries promptly and politely.
  • Be responsible for Sales Administration duties, supporting your Sales team and also the Service team.
  • Keep up to date with knowledge of the brand and products.
  • Deliver excellent customer service in all that you do.
