Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring the store and forecourt, ensuring you offer a great customer experience.
- Serving customers and authorising fuel pumps promptly.
- Stock and merchandising replenishment.
- Assist with all customer enquiries regarding the products and services offered.
- Take pride in ensuring the store is clean and presentable at all times.
- Responsible for cash handling including taking card payments.
- Report discrepancies and problems to a supervisor.
- Handle customer complaints professionally if required.
About You
