As a Park's Business Manager you will receive

The right person will be required
- To facilitate the sale of finance and insurance products for customers.
- To ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Meeting with or speaking to all customers who are in the process of purchasing a new or used vehicle in order to qualify their eligibility and suitability of available products.
- Monitors overall department performance.
- To deliver customer service and support in line with Consumer Duty and to Treat Customers Fairly.
- Maintain and develop good relationships with customers by meeting and exceeding their expectations.
- Collect relevant Management Information (MI).
- Ensures that all Park’s Motor Group policies and objectives are followed.
- To complete and maintain their required training at all times.
- Report to General Manager & Brand Franchise Manager.
