Park’s Motor Group is recruiting Sales Executives to join its Chery franchise in Inverness. This role suits someone who enjoys working with customers, is motivated by targets, and is interested in building a career within the motor trade.
The role:
- You will engage with telephone, digital, and showroom customers.
- You will build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and matching them with suitable vehicles.
- You will use internal systems to check vehicle availability and manage customer information.
- You will arrange and support test drives, working with colleagues to deliver a positive experience.
- You will assist customers with sales paperwork and explain additional products where appropriate.
- You will keep customers informed throughout the order and delivery process.
- You will carry out vehicle handovers, ensuring customers are confident and well informed.
- You will work as part of a dealership team to achieve sales targets.
Working pattern:
This is a full time role worked over five days per week.
