We are a small charity committed to maintaining high quality provision and expanding inclusive services for vulnerable children, young people, younger adults and their families. We are recruiting a freelance HR Support person to enhance and support our team. This is a key support role at the heart of a small charity committed to maintaining high quality provision and expanding inclusive services for vulnerable children, young people, and their families.
The key elements of the post will be personnel management within an expanding team of practitioners.
Location: Coronation Road Play Centre, Selly Oak, B29 7DE
Hybrid working: to include home.
Hours of work: Ave. 15 hours per month. The role will require flexibility to meet task deadlines and hours can be used flexibly across the year. £20/hour. £3,600 per annum.
Accountable to: Managing Director of Parks for Play / Board of Trustees.
Parks for Play is committed to safeguarding children and young people. The successful candidate will be subject to criminal records check with the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
