Civic Trees has been a pioneer in the UK arboricultural industry since 1963, specializing in the supply, planting, and relocation of large mature trees. We are looking for motivated Landscape Operatives, Tree Planters, and Tree Spade Operatives to join our team at our dual depot and office facility in Radlett.

Operating on a national basis, you will contribute to high-quality visual works and large-scale tree relocation projects using bespoke, specialist machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Precision Planting: Carry out landscaping and tree planting works to a high standard.
  • Specialist Operation: Operate or assist in operating tree spade machinery for lifting and moving large trees (where trained).
  • Project Delivery: Contribute fully to the delivery of high-quality landscaping and relocation projects.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively both independently and as a reliable member of an operational team.
  • Flexibility: Follow instructions while using your initiative, and remain open to occasional nights away as required for national projects.
What You Bring
  • Experience: Ideally, you have a background in both hard and soft landscaping, or experience operating plant machinery.
  • Licensing: A full UK driving licence is essential for this position.
  • Certification: A valid CSCS card is highly advantageous.
