The Opportunity:
- Assisting the Contract Manager in the effective management of the programmed maintenance.
- Oversee the programme of works and delivery through the Glendale Live field management system.
- Motivate, support and monitor the performance of delivery teams across a wide geographical area.
- Monitor staff timekeeping, holidays and sickness.
- Proactively lead by example, especially in QHSE requirements.
- Maintenance and enforcement of the security of vehicles, plant and equipment.
- Enforcement of the quality and customer care ethics through the workforce and maintaining workforce discipline.
- Take responsibility for health and safety and actively participate in the maintenance and improvement of the overall Company Health and Safety culture.
The Person:
- Demonstrable track record of leading staff or small teams.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work in a demanding environment.
- Enthusiasm, strong leadership, and great communication skills.
- Understand and subscribe to the importance of working as a team.
- Good IT skills are essential as well as a driving licence.
- Previous experience in estimating work and delivering innovative customer solutions would be an advantage.
