The Person:
- A self-motivated Contract Manager with perseverance and entrepreneurial appetite.
- The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of managing arboricultural teams, being able to drive productivity and ensuring that the workforce provides a quality service.
- A strategic outlook driving continuous improvement and efficiencies.
- Working with commercial and non-commercial clients.
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office / Google systems would be preferred.
The Opportunity:
- This is a hands-on role involving taking the lead on delivery of our arboriculture services in the North East area, monitoring the progress of teams on-site and taking quick and effective action to maintain both high productivity and client satisfaction.
- Responsibility for the Contract accounts and production of weekly and monthly reports.
- Organise staff and teams to deliver the service.
- Recruitment of both seasonal and permanent staff.
- Liaison with Client Officers.
- Overseeing system compliance and quality checks.
- Organising teams and rotas.
- Taking a leading role in health and safety.
