We are seeking a Junior Bid Manager to join our UK-based team, reporting directly to the Head of Commercial with a dotted-line reporting structure to our Senior Global Bid Manager. This role is a vital addition to our UK business unit, designed to create a structured and high-quality environment for responding to Public and Private Sector tenders. You will act as the engine room of our bidding process, transforming complex product details into compelling, compliant, and commercially aligned submissions. This is an incredible opportunity for someone looking to build a career in mobility tech, offering a direct path for growth into senior bid management, sales, or account management roles.

How to make an impact

  • End-to-End Bid Coordination: Support the full bid lifecycle from qualification to submission, including coordinating kick-off meetings and maintaining submission trackers.
  • Bid Writing & AI Integration: Draft accurate and persuasive written responses for PQQs, RFIs, and RFPs, leveraging AI tools to refine content and tailor responses to evaluation criteria.
  • Governance & Quality Control: Ensure every submission is 100% compliant with tender instructions, response structures, and attachment requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Finance teams to gather technical input and ensure all contributors meet internal deadlines.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify ways to improve bid processes and maintain our content library to ensure our value proposition is consistently high-quality.

About you

You are an ambitious, detail-oriented communicator with a passion for how technology shapes our cities. You might be a recent graduate, an apprentice, or someone early in their career who enjoys the 'journalist' aspect of writing—gathering information and weaving it into a persuasive story. You are eager to learn, possess a growth mindset, and aren't afraid to dive into the technical details of both software and hardware. You thrive in structured environments, stay calm under the pressure of deadlines, and are excited by the prospect of using AI to work smarter, not harder.

Your background

  • Exceptional written English skills with a high degree of attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A demonstrable interest in technology, mobility solutions, and the use of AI tools for process automation or content generation.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and document management portals.
  • Previous experience in a bid-related environment, apprenticeship, or graduate scheme is a plus, though we are committed to providing comprehensive training.
  • Familiarity with Public Sector procurement or tech/infrastructure environments is desirable.
