We Arrive Curious, Focused and Together. Just as our entire brand is inspired by the North Star, our values guide us. They help us be at our best for our customers, the cities and communities we serve, and for ourselves. As a global team, we are transforming urban mobility. Let’s grow better, together.
YourParkingSpace joined forces with Arrive on our joint mission to make cities more livable. YourParkingSpace is the UK's fastest-growing parking technology provider; we're changing the way people park. Our on-demand marketplace connects drivers to thousands of spaces, while our comprehensive suite of B2B solutions transforms parking assets into connected mobility hubs. With over 8 million users and hundreds of thousands of spaces across the UK and beyond, we've been featured in The Sunday Times Tech Track 100.
The Role: As the Head of Product - Drivers at YourParkingSpace, you will lead the evolution of the driver experience across our entire digital ecosystem, including our high-traffic consumer mobile apps and web platforms. You will oversee the squads responsible for driving customer acquisition, Lifetime Value (LTV), Electric Vehicles (EV), and our mobile applications. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will manage a team of Product Managers and will be responsible for scaling the function as the business grows. You will operate as a 'player-coach,' directly leading the Apps squad while mentoring the wider team. This is a pivotal leadership position where you will confidently lead the transition of our ways of working, establishing product best practices as we move from a scrappy start-up environment into a more structured, high-performing organization. You will act as a strategic partner to Engineering and Design leadership, ensuring a world-class experience for our 8 million users.
How to make an impact:
- Define and drive the overarching driver product vision and strategy for YourParkingSpace across consumer mobile apps and web platforms.
- Confidently overhaul our internal culture by introducing and evangelizing product management best practices and new 'ways of working' to ensure high-quality, scalable output.
- Ensure all product initiatives and squad roadmaps are rigorously aligned to the company OKRs, driving measurable outcomes that support our global growth.
- Lead the squads focused on customer acquisition, LTV, and the growing EV segment to maximize marketplace value.
- Directly lead the Apps squad as a player-coach, ensuring high-quality, scalable output and a seamless mobile experience.
- Galvanize cross‑functional teams by acting as a bridge between Product and key business stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
- Balance a combination of rigorous product optimization and bold innovation to maintain our position as the UK's fastest-growing parking technology provider.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and empathy, acting as a high-energy internal leader who motivates the team.
- Establish clear product metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of interventions and drive data‑informed iterations.
About you: You are an outstanding product leader who thrives on turning complexity into simplicity, particularly within a high-traffic marketplace environment. You are a 'player‑coach' who loves the craft of building products as much as the strategy of leadership, staying hands‑on with our apps to set the standard for quality. You possess a deep‑seeded curiosity about human behavior and a passion for building inclusive products that solve real-world problems. You have a proven track record of driving change—someone who can confidently implement new methodologies, galvanize teams, and win the 'hearts and minds' of stakeholders from Sales to Operations. You are an expert communicator who can articulate the 'why' behind product decisions while remaining grounded in technical and commercial realities.
Your background: Extensive experience in product leadership roles within marketplaces, subscription models, or the EV sector. Proven management experience, with a track record of leading, mentoring, and scaling high-performing teams. Demonstrated success in driving organizational change, specifically in establishing operational workflows within scaling organizations. Ideally, you will have specific expertise in product journeys where software and hardware come together (e.g., smart parking infrastructure, EV charging). A strong track record in consumer mobile app design and development (iOS/Android) alongside web platforms. Strong 'player‑coach' mindset, with the ability to mentor talent while remaining hands‑on with execution and craft. Experience collaborating with and influencing diverse stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive business-wide alignment. Expert proficiency in modern product management tools and a solid understanding of mobile‑first principles and agile processes.
