Role Summary
We are looking for a senior CRM leader to join Arrive on a 12 month fixed term contract, covering maternity leave.
As CRM Senior Manager, you will own the full lifecycle marketing function - setting the strategy, building the roadmap, and driving measurable impact across the CRM channels.
You will be the sole business owner of our CRM platform, using behavioural insight to shape how we communicate with customers at every stage of their journey.
This is a high impact, hands on role that sits at the heart of our Marketing team, with real influence over how Your Parking Space grows customer lifetime value.
What You'll Do Set the strategy and roadmap
- Set the direction for lifecycle marketing to grow customers' lifetime value, using behavioural insight as the backbone of your strategy.
- Shape your ideas and prioritise the initiatives you believe will have the greatest impact across app, email, and push channels.
- Build, ship and learn
- Establish a slick test and learn operation so you can ship quickly and scale the winners.
- Stay ahead of the curve, developing our CRM channels in line with emerging industry trends and tools.
- Measure CRM outcomes
- Evolve the measurement framework to demonstrate the incremental impact of CRM activity on the business.
- Establish clear attribution and incrementality methodologies, including hold out testing and A/B experimentation.
- Partner with wider teams
- Represent CRM within the wider Marketing department and collaborate cross functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
- Use storytelling and data driven business cases to influence stakeholders and secure support for your key projects.
- Work into Head of Product Marketing
- Report into the Head of Department, who oversees all paid and owned marketing channels.
- Manage your projects upwards clearly - showing progress, flagging blockers, and making the case for what you need to move fast.
- Own the tools
- Serve as the sole business owner of our CRM platform, ensuring it is fit for purpose and aligned to your strategic goals.
- Work closely with our external partner to make it a relationship of strength, not just a vendor arrangement.
- Your Background
- 5+ years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience, ideally within a consumer tech, marketplace, or high growth digital business.
- Proven track record of owning a CRM platform end to end (e. g.
One Signal, Mo Engage, Klaviyo) - you have been the go to person for how the tool works, what it can do, and how to get the most out of it.
- Deep hands on experience across email, push notifications, and in app messaging - you know what good looks like in each channel and how they work together.
- Strong grasp of segmentation, personalisation, and behavioural triggers - you build journeys grounded in customer data, not assumptions.
- Experience building or evolving measurement frameworks, including A/B testing, hold out groups, and incrementality analysis.
- Comfortable working cross functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data teams - you can translate marketing goals into technical briefs and earn trust with non marketing stakeholders.
- A confident communicator who can present strategy, share results, and make a compelling case for investment.
- Key Skills
- Strategic thinking - you can zoom out to set direction and zoom in to execute with precision.
- Platform ownership - you take full accountability for your CRM tools and continuously push to get more from them.
- Data literacy - you are comfortable with dashboards, attribution models, and the numbers behind your decisions.
- Test and learn mindset - you ship fast, measure honestly, and scale what works without ego.
- Stakeholder influence - you know how to bring people with you, whether that's a peer in Product or a senior leader who needs a business case.
- Prioritisation - you focus on the 20% of effort that drives 80% of the impact and protect your time accordingly.
- Location
Central London office - 3 days per week.
