The Content Marketing Coordinator is a highly organized and detail-oriented copywriter and content marketer with both a creative and analytical mindset. This individual will support the creation and distribution of content across multiple channels. This role reports to the VP of Brand & Communications and works closely with the Senior Content Manager to ensure consistent brand messaging, high-quality storytelling and smooth execution of content initiatives that drive awareness, engagement and lead generation.
As a key member of the global Marketing team, the Content Marketing Coordinator brings our content to life, helping to amplify the company's voice, enhance brand perception and engage key audiences across multiple touchpoints.
What You'll Do
- Support the creation and distribution of high-quality content (blogs, reports, guides, social media) across multiple platforms, ensuring cohesive brand messaging and strong audience engagement.
- Coordinate end-to-end content production, including drafting, editing, managing timelines, reviewing assets, gathering approvals and ensuring consistency across all deliverables.
- Publish and maintain digital content in WordPress and assist in developing supporting assets such as briefs, outlines, editorial calendars, social copy and simple visuals.
- Contribute to the ideation, research and production of marketing materials that align with overall Marketing goals and Business Marketing priorities.
- Contribute to and support in maintaining the editorial calendar, ensuring alignment with the social media calendar and that all stakeholders have visibility into timelines and deliverables.
- Serve as a key connection point between the Content and Business Marketing teams, ensuring Business Marketing priorities are reflected in content.
- Provide ad hoc support for social media publishing and community management.
- Apply basic SEO principles to content drafts, such as keyword insertion, meta descriptions and tagging.
- Monitor content performance using tools like GA4; prepare periodic reports for the Senior Content Manager.
- Work closely with stakeholders across product, sales, customer success and marketing to gather information, ensure alignment and support cross-functional content needs.
About You
- 2+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, journalism, communications or a related field.
- English native or equivalent fluency, with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style across formats (reports, blogs, briefs, etc) and audiences.
- Creative, curious and data-informed, able to generate engaging story ideas and support content creation using insights.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and maintain accuracy independently.
- Experience with content management systems, such as WordPress, including uploading, formatting, and publishing digital content; familiarity with GA4 and SEO tools (Semrush or similar) is a plus.
- Proactive, collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments, supports cross-functional projects and is eager to learn from senior team members.
Extra Credit
- Interest or experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty or related industries preferred.
- Familiarity with B2B or SaaS environments.
- A keen eye for social media with knowledge of platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
