The Content and Social Media Coordinator is an organized and detail‑oriented writer and social content marketer with both a creative and analytical mindset. This individual supports the creation and distribution of content across multiple channels, contributing to both written content and day‑to‑day social media execution. Reporting to the Content and Social Media Director and working closely with the wider Content team, this role ensures consistent brand messaging, high‑quality storytelling and smooth execution of content initiatives that drive awareness, engagement and lead generation. This is a fixed‑term (temporary) position for 1 year. Ideal for someone early in their career looking to gain experience who loves writing, has a real passion for social media and is comfortable working across platforms with an interest in the FLB industries.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the creation and distribution of high-quality content (social media, blogs, databriefs and guides) ensuring cohesive brand messaging and audience engagement.
  • Contribute to day‑to‑day social media execution across platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram, including drafting copy, scheduling, publishing and community engagement.
  • Ad‑hoc support on end‑to‑end content production, including researching, drafting, editing, gathering approvals and publishing in WordPress.
  • Produce social media assets (static posts and short‑form videos), partnering with the design team on more complex creative needs.
  • Contribute to and maintain the editorial and social calendars.
  • Serve as a key connection point with the Business Marketing team, contributing to the ideation, research and production of marketing materials and social‑first concepts.
  • Apply SEO/AEO and platform best practices to drive discoverability.
  • Monitor performance across native platform analytics and content management tools for KPIs and reporting.

About You

  • Previous experience in content and/or social media marketing, journalism or a related field.
  • English native or equivalent fluency, with excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills.
  • Creative, curious and data‑informed, able to generate engaging story ideas.
  • Hands‑on experience managing social media platforms (such as LinkedIn and Instagram).
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Hands‑on with design tools such as Canva to produce on‑brand social visuals independently, comfortable collaborating with designers on more complex creative needs.
  • Comfortable working with AI tools, applying judgment to maintain brand voice and quality.
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.

Extra Credit

  • Interest or experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty or related industries.
  • Familiarity with B2B or SaaS environments.
  • Experience with short‑form video creation and editing – including familiarity with trends, audio and platform‑native formats.
  • Experience with content management systems, such as WordPress; familiarity with GA4 and SEO tools (Semrush or similar) is a plus.
