Parklife Partnerships Ltd is a new urban focused residential developer. It operates a model that is focused on design and service and through this and the vertical integration provided via its sister companies, Parklife achieves viability without compromise. This role is Development focused but there is much more to it. It's an opportunity to join an exciting new business, help establish its culture, and contribute to work that establishes Parklife in the sector. It will be purposeful, interesting, fun and rewarding.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Development leader, based in London, UK, with partial flexibility for remote work. Principally, the role will be responsible for appraisal of schemes, working with others to optimise design and delivery strategies and providing development leadership during delivery through to completion. The right person will also be able to contribute significantly to the culture of the new company to establish the right foundations for its growth in the near term.
