Fully qualified GP required. Newly qualified welcome. COS available. Parklands Surgery is a busy GP training practice located in the centre of Chichester. We are looking to recruit a salaried GP for six sessions minimum per week to add to our current team, which includes three GP Partners, three Salaried Doctors, a Registrar, six Nurses, two Paramedics and three HCAs. You will be self-motivated, flexible and keen to be involved in all aspects of the Practice. Pay dependant on experience. The Practice uses TPP SystmOne software. Start date - July/August, earlier can be discussed. Successful candidates will be required to be checked by the Disclosure and Barring Service. Free onsite parking is available and we offer a competitive pension. You can also join the blue light card discount scheme and local discounted gym membership scheme.
Main duties of the job:
- The successful candidate will be expected to provide high-quality, patient-centred clinical care, working collaboratively with the wider practice team to meet the needs of our diverse patient population.
- Provide general medical services to patients in line with contractual and professional requirements.
- Undertake a share of clinical and administrative duties, including results, repeat prescriptions, and correspondence.
- Participate in duty doctor/on-call rota as agreed.
- Contribute to QOF achievement and other quality initiatives.
- Support the training.
