This is a full-time, permanent, on-site role based in Wigan for a Reactive Maintenance Scheduler. Working hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.
The role involves:
- Planning & scheduling reactive maintenance tasks
- Managing maintenance requests & resource allocation
- Ensuring efficient communication with clients, contractors & teams
- Overseeing the coordination of urgent repairs to ensure minimal disruption
- Updating maintenance systems
- Providing reports on the status of ongoing projects
Qualifications:
- Strong planning & scheduling skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors & internal teams effectively
- Strong organisational skills & attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, problem solve & prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using maintenance management software, such as Epix, or similar systems is highly beneficial
- Experience working in a building company is preferential
