Job type: Part‑time | Duration: Permanent | Schedule: Days (rotational basis, including weekends) | Hourly rate: £13.00.

Responsibilities
- Promote general health and mental wellbeing of residents, maintaining their quality of life, and enabling participation in everyday activities.
- Provide and assist residents to access and participate in recreational activities, socially and individually, ensuring a happy and content life.
- Communicate effectively with residents, staff, families, visitors, and health professionals, fostering a positive working environment.
- Observe, monitor and record residents\’ conditions while delivering activities and care, updating care plans with lifestyle choices.
- Help residents maintain mobility, using correct moving and handling techniques and following fall‑management policies.
- Support health and safety of residents, staff and visitors.
- Ensure beneficial interactions with residents for health and wellbeing, including group/individual activities and transport to appointments.
- Assist Manager in implementing Managing Falls and Fractures, and the Physical Activity Agenda.
- Attend mandatory training in Moving and Handling, Health and Safety, Elementary Food Hygiene, Infection Control and First Aid.
- Maintain confidentiality about residents, families, staff and company matters.
