We are looking for a Relief Shift Leader who is dedicated to making every moment count. Suitable applicants must have completed their SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (including Medication Administration unit).
Responsibilities
To support the care, protection, and wellbeing of all residents, by treating them with respect and dignity, assisting with their protection and promoting their independence.
Report, record, and address issues related to staff, residents, relatives, or visitors, while managing staff schedules and supporting care staff.
Contribute to residents\' care planning and reviews, administer and monitor medication, and maintain accurate records.
Assist with physiological measurements, overseeing safety and security in the workplace, and promoting health and safety practices.
Support residents and families during palliative care and bereavement, attend training to enhance your skills, monitor residents\' nutrition, and work within Parklands\' Quality Management System (Q.M.S). Participation in mandatory training is required.
Be part of our dedicated support services team in our Wakefield House Care Home located in Cullen, a picturesque village offering commanding views over Cullen Bay and the Moray Firth.
