We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is dedicated to making every moment count. Suitable applicants must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
The Role
- To support the care, protection, and wellbeing of all residents, by treating them with respect and dignity, assisting with their protection and promoting their independence.
- Provide quality, evidence-based nursing care to residents.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, as well as administering medications and assisting with NHS and GP visits.
- Support care home staff, help with mealtimes, and act as Shift Leader when needed.
- Maintaining accurate nursing records, liaising with medical and non‐medical staff, conducting physiological assessments, and providing palliative care support to residents and their families.
- Manage nursing equipment, conduct training, and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
- Continuous professional development and adherence to the Parklands Quality Management System (Q.M.S) are essential, along with attending mandatory training and performing nursing audits.
