- Ensuring that all laundry is cleaned, pressed, and returned to residents in a timely manner.
- This role is vital in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our residents.
- Sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing laundry such as residents' clothing and linens.
- Inspect items for cleanliness, maintain laundry equipment, and follow infection control procedures.
- Accurate record-keeping, responding to residents' requests, and adhering to safety protocols are essential.
- Work closely with staff to ensure efficient service, and duties may vary over time.
- Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping is preferred, along with attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle physical tasks and operate machinery safely.
